I am the caretaker of TerraCirca which is emerging as space to share and ignite visions for Dorset, and to forge alliances and illuminate the great work emerging in our communities. I am also the founder and Trustee at Connect the Wild Foundation, which is committed to funding nature recovery.
I started out as a science teacher and ecologist, I am now a trainee coach, nature-connection guide, and intergenerational facilitator.
I am developing a coaching practice that works with nature as a co-facilitator. I am also exploring peer-coaching practices to bring restorative and refreshing approaches to workplace and community culture, creating spaces where individuals, workplaces, and communities find balance.
You might be emerging from stress or burnout and needing space to recover. You may feel stuck or off-course, searching for clarity and confidence. Or you might simply want to prioritise your wellbeing and keep yourself balanced.
Through 1:1 and group coaching, I offer a steady, compassionate space to pause, reconnect, and find your next step forward. The approach is always gentle, intuitive, and paced to support you.
Step away from the screen and step into nature for a relaxing morning re-connecting with our wild-side and 'seeing' nature from a different vantage point.
Time in nature calms the nervous system, stimulates creativity and provides space for reflection.
Forest-bathing, wild swimming or just a quiet guided walk shines a light on the fact that we are immersed in creativity when we spend time in nature.
Our landscapes in Dorset expose expanses of time. Even our exposed Jurassic coast is only 201-145 million years old. That is just a moment ago in geological time.
A Deep Time Walk is a transformative journey through 4.6bn years of Earth history. It is humbling to place ourselves in the context of geological time.
This is an invitation to view the world differently, encouraging positive action and advocacy for a regenerative Earth.
